WHAT IS A PHYSICIAN?
A physician is someone who has their own patients; an MD, a DO or a medical spa. For private practices, RxPhoto does not charge extra for nurses, PA’s technicians etc.
How does pricing work?
Let's say that a practice has 2 plastic surgeons, 10 technicians and 2 separate locations.

What is the setup and training process?
The Setup
We will create your account, usernames and passwords for all of your staff.
Your logo will be appended to the app for printed reports or as a watermark on photos. Here is an example of a practice-branded report.

Includes a walkthrough of the RxPhoto app and photo management platform.
We will show you how to:

What kind of support can I expect after training?
The RxPhoto app and platform are so intuitive that most of our clients only need one training session to be up and running with all of the features and steps necessary to upgrade their practice with RxPhoto.
In the case that you will need more support, you can call or email our office at any time for specific questions or if you or your staff will need a 2nd training, please schedule another training session and we will set it up free of charge.
